What happens when I hit the Free limits?
We'll prompt you to upgrade. Your data is never deleted — archiving a client or project frees a slot on Free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal in two clicks; you keep Pro until the period ends.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe. sundry never sees or stores your card details.
How do invoices get paid?
On Pro, connect your own Stripe account so clients can pay an invoice online by card. You can also share a printable invoice link and record offline payments.
